The STEYR ABSOLUT CVT guarantees absolute use, absolute reliability and therefore ultimate performance.

The S-TRONIC delivers perfectly matched and efficient power. That is because it always sets the lowest possible engine speed, thereby achieving maximum productivity with optimum fuel efficiency. This enables the STEYR ABSOLUT CVT, for example, to save costs during transport work by reaching 50kph at just 1,550rpm. 

The electronically controlled diesel engines effortlessly take care of all power work even at low engine speeds. The ABSOLUT CVT range today covers a rated power range of 180 to 240hp. The main working area of the engine, between 1,500 and 1,900rpm is always able, thanks to PowerPlus, to deliver an extra 45hp of power at all times. 

The load sensing hydraulic system in the ABSOLUT CVT is based on a variable displacement pump with a flow rate of up to 173l/min. Up to 8 independent consumers can be supplied with oil at the same time. The displacement volume and duration can be adjusted individually for each consumer. This guarantees excellent response from all of the consumers. 

Every one of our ABSOLUT CVT models has a Multicontroller armrest and the option of a STEYR S-TECH 700 monitor. Which means that all functions and settings can be programmed at any time. To deliver even more control precision and productivity, the ABSOLUT CVT is also compatible with ISOBUS systems.

Our municipal frame with EURO III system adapter now features an improved design principle and is tremendously stable. Attachments with big boom widths and high torsion moments can be operated without any problem and in great safety. The standard interface keeps set-up times to a minimum for a vast array of municipal implement attachments. The EURO III system adapter plate is easy and convenient to fit to a front-mounted hydraulic system. This also enables front-mounted implements to be operated with a 3-point attachment. (Model Profi)

SUPERLATIVE OPTIONS
For the specialist requirements of forestry work, STEYR offers a range of made-to-measure auxiliary equipment items. These range from a specialist forestry frame with branch deflector and protective guards for axles, engine and transmission, to worklights and additional headlights to provide optimum illumination. To improve manoeuvrability, STEYR forestry tractors can be equipped with front loaders and shorter swinging link, and special tyres with reinforced forestry rims and valve protection.
